We have set as a priority objective to provide our experience to design individualized treatment for each patient, like a suit as it were, which allows us to solve their clinical with a minimally invasive and effective way.
Our treatments range from medical rehabilitation and conservative treatments geared specifically for the management and prevention of back and neck pain, to the most modern techniques of CT-guided infiltration, through simple surgical procedures such as the simple microdiscectomy for the treatment of cervical and lumbar disc herniation with microsurgical techniques performed on an outpatient basis, so that the patient can be discharged early and immediately reactive his life form.
Employment and development of new surgical techniques allow us to perform more complex procedures like microdecompression and attachment / fusion for resolving symptomatic lumbar and cervical raquiestenosis in patients with degenerative spondylosis and spondylolisthesis. We perform all our techniques with very small surgical fields and minimal incisions, through the use of image magnification and illumination provided by a Zeiss microscope of last generation for the Neurosurgery.
The use of these microsurgical techniques allows us to be less aggressive as possible, minimizing the surgical aggression and obtaining the best functional outcome for the patient, with minimal postoperative pain.
This could be possible with the investments of the Order of San Juan de Diós, who has endowed us with a technological equipment of last generation, as a Midas Rex high engine rotation, microsurgical instruments, separators microsurgery, neurosurgery microscope Zeiss and multislice CT.
We have an excellent multidisciplinary team of neurophysiologists, rehabilitators, physiotherapists, anesthetists and radiologists.
